Valley Village is owned and
operated by Church of the Valley Retirement
Homes, Inc., a California nonprofit corporation.
Valley Village is located at
390 North Winchester Blvd. at Dolores Avenue in
Santa Clara, California.
Valley Village does not deny
admission to applicants based on race, color,
religion, s.ex, s.exual orientation, marital
status, national origin, ancestry, source of
income, medical condition or disability. We
conduct business in accordance with applicable
federal and state Fair Housing Law. The
apartments and overall premises at Valley
Village comply with Federal and California fair
Housing Laws.
Valley Village is not a
skilled nursing facility and does not provide
licensed residential care, Alzheimer services or
personal assistance. Residents may contract for
personal care, housekeeping, home health care,
etc. with outside providers at their own
expense.

Pets are welcomed at Valley
Village with prior written authorization and in
compliance with the pet policy.
Residents are free to come and
go as they please and take vacations away from
Valley Village. However, there are no refunds
made for such absences.
Concern is given to residents
at all times. Safety features such as required
by the City of Santa Clara are provided in all
buildings. Professional security guards are on
duty throughout Valley Village from the hours of
7:30 p.m. until 3:30 a.m. every day.
Valley Village is managed by
the Administrator who reports directly to the
Board of Directors. A staff of employees,
responsible to the Administrator, carry out the
daily operations and services.
